Is it expensive to have my house washed?

Most of us don't want to spend our free time mowing the lawn or cleaning the inside of the house, but we want things to look good. Those chores require a weekly or every other week service schedule and typically cost upwards of a thousand dollars per year or more! Having the outside of the house and property cleaned lasts much longer and costs much less! We have found that the typical house washing will last around 3 years with the exception of some vinyl fencing which seems to need a re-cleaning a little sooner. As for the cost of having the house washed, you'll be surprised at the price as compared to other home services. For the average single family home, the price to have the siding cleaned is usually between $300 and $700. That's once every 3 years or so! Get a free, no pressure estimate and you'll likely say "we should've done this sooner!"
